A written maximum
Every estimate has a ceiling in writing. If your move is running past it, the crew stops and gets your OK before carrying on.
One rate, no add-ons
The truck, fuel, travel within 50 km, stairs, long carries, heavy furniture and packing materials are all in your hourly rate.
Wardrobe boxes and mattress covers included
Use ours on moving day at no charge, along with blankets, shrink wrap and floor runners.
The same rate all year
No summer pricing and no last-minute booking premium.
Free changes with 48 hours' notice
Cancel or reschedule 48 hours or more ahead and your deposit is refunded or moved to your new date. If we ever cancel, you get it all back within 5 business days.
Damage handled in writing
Anything that goes wrong gets noted before the crew leaves, and we answer written claims within 15 business days.
What a 5-hour move with 2 movers costs
$150 an hour for 2 movers and a truck, times 5 hours, is $750. GST adds $37.50. The total is $787.50, with nothing else on the bill.
