Long-distance moving questions
Still have a question? Call or text (780) 938-7831, 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily.
How do you set the price?
From your inventory, the distance and the access at both ends. Once you accept the written price, that's what you pay, plus GST.
What if the move takes longer than expected?
Nothing changes. A flat price isn't billed by the hour. It only changes if the inventory or access turns out to be very different from what you told us, and we agree on any change with you before going ahead.
Where do you move to?
Anywhere in Alberta, including Calgary, Red Deer, Grande Prairie, Fort McMurray, Lloydminster and Westlock, and out of province too. Tell us where you're headed and we'll quote it.
When will my things arrive?
We'll give you pickup and delivery timing with your quote, so you can plan around it.
